Rate Increases

Following the results of a comprehensive rate study, the Rapidan Service Authority (RSA) Board of Members has held rate hearings and approved rate increases for its water and sewer systems in 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029. Revenue from these rates and fees allows RSA to maintain and improve service to its customers.

Madison: Bills due 3/20/2025

Route 15, Route 20, and Wilderness: Bills due 4/21/2025
