Boil Water Advisory LIFTED

As of April 15, 2025, the Boil Water Advisory has been lifted for customers in the impacted area. The Boil Water Advisory was issued on April 13th after service interruption and loss of water pressure to some customers of the Wilderness Waterworks.
A series of bacteriological samples were collected and sent to a state certified lab, in accordance with Virginia Department of Health guidelines. All samples collected on April 13th and 14th were absent of both total coliform and E. coli bacteria. Residents can safely resume normal use of their tap water without boiling or disinfection.
